Dead Weight was my first time working in a big team of more then 3 people.
In this game, you play as a definitely sane prisoner escaping with his definitely living friend from a space prison using the laser connecting your ankles as a weapon.
The player can throw there cellmate to either expand the wire or to be able to use there dash ability.

This project was made for the GMTK 2021 game jam in which we ended up getting 605th place out of the 5 754 entries.
My role in this project was primarily as the Team lead followed by story and level designer.
This project helped me learn the importance of good communication.
Even though I was not the main level designer for this, I did have a big say in the final level for the game.
